Terms and conditions of the Family Pack and Australian Family Magazine Promotion 2012.

By submitting the online application form your service acknowledges responsibility for the distribution of Family Packs delivered to the service and agrees to the following:

1. To only distribute the Family Packs and Australian Family Magazine to parents and or guardians.

2. Not sell the packs in any way.

3. Not place any other items in the Family Pack and Australian Family Magazine.

4. Parents and Guardians are under no obligation to take the packs.

PLEASE NOTE: Family Packs and Australian Family magazines will be distributed and allocated on on a "first in" basis. Quanitites delivered will depend on availability and be determined by the publisher.

From time to time Australian Family is approached to distribute samples to services outside of the times that the normal "Family Pack and Australian Family Magazine" is distributed. 

If you select "Yes, this centre agrees to take part in special offers outside the normal Family Pack and Australian Family Magazine distribution times." you will be eligible to receive additional sampling throughout the year.

For each additional sampling promotion you will receive an email, prior to delivery of the products, that will provide all details of the forthcoming sampling promotion.

This registration is valid for promotions to 31 December 2012. Family Packs and the Australian Family Magazine will be distributed in May 2012 and October 2012.
