GIVEAWAY AND SURVEY INFORMATION
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY – Australian Family Readers Survey – Volume 25
1. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of Promoter and its associated agencies are ineligible. To enter, consumers must fully complete the official survey form located on the Australian Family website at www.australianfamily.com.au, describe in 25 words or less “tell us why you would like to win a weekend away for your family at a BIG4 Holiday Park” and submit online. Alternatively print out the survey (available in PDF format online) and post the completed survey form to Australian Family Magazine PO Box 3087, Auburn, VIC, 3123 or fax to (03) 9819 6733 during the promotional period. Limit of one entry per person. No responsibility accepted for lost/late/misdirected entries.
2. Commences 29.10.09 and closes last mail received 28.02.10. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining winner. Each entry individually judged based on creative and literary merit. Judges' decision is final.
3. The three best entries from all entries received, as determined by the judges, will each win two nights in a fully self contained ensuite cabin for two adults and up to two children at their choice of BIG4’s 180 Holiday Parks across Australia. Each prize valued at AU$500 each. Prize valid until 19th September 2010. Bookings subject to availability. Prize not to be used with any other discounts or special offers.
